Lisa’s expertise is in helping clients and organizations navigate significant but infrequent situations such as governance challenges, succession planning, exit strategies, estates and trusts.

 

Lisa joined Faw Casson in 1986 and grew with the Firm to eventually serve two terms as Director of Operations. Along the way she also stepped into leadership roles in many civic and professional organizations. She has Chaired AGN International, North America Region and the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce.  She currently serves on the Board of Pecometh Camp and Retreat Ministries, the Business and Investment Committee of Bayhealth Hospital, the Business College Advisory Board for Wilmington University, the Legislative Committee of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, the Community Advisory Board for Delaware Public Media, the Council on Finance and Administration for the Peninsula-Delaware Conference of the United Methodist Church (UMC) and the Executive Leadership Team for Asbury UMC, Smyrna DE.

 

 

Lisa graduated from the University of Delaware.  She grew up near Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, where her family continues to farm, and she still lives near there today.  She and her husband, Jennings, have two grown children and five grandchildren.  Her favorite leisure activities are outdoors – gardening, at the beach, or Jeeping with Jennings and their two Chocolate Labs, Jake and Elwood.
