In an announcement March 20, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin stated that the filing deadline for all individuals and businesses has been moved from April 15, 2020 until July 15, 2020. Any filers that have a refund due are still encouraged to file immediately.
State of Maryland
The State of Maryland has announced that it will extend all business and individual tax filing deadlines to July 15, 2020 as well, following the announcement of the federal change.
