An inherent problem solver, Lisa welcomes the challenges that clients bring to her. She takes the time to listen to them, and makes their problems her own, working strategically to develop effective solutions that exceed their expectations.
As managing partner of the firm’s Delaware office, Lisa has that same compassion for the people here, making Faw, Casson & Co., LLP a truly rewarding place to work. “My door is always open” has never been a truer phrase than when she says it. She has a gift for making professional time fun, which in turn creates a very cohesive team environment within the firm. This unity serves our clients well as we work together to create inspired action plans for them.
Her giving spirit isn’t limited to the office. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Lisa has stepped into leadership roles in several strong local organizations. As current Chair of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, past President of the American Heart Association – Kent Division, and Finance Chair for Asbury United Methodist Church, she puts her talents to work for their missions.
Lisa joined Faw, Casson & Co., LLP in 1986, after graduating from the University of Delaware. She grew up near Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, where her family continues to farm, and she still lives there today.

Interests
All work and no play would make Lisa a very dull person, and she won’t stand for that. Maybe from being raised on the farm, her favorite leisure activities are outdoors – gardening, hiking, kayaking, and riding the motorcycle with her husband, Jennings. She’s also a big kid at heart, and loves to spend time with her four grandchildren – usually riding bikes and going to the beach.
