Laurie is constantly bursting with energy. She is cheerful and lively and has a way of making you feel the same with her eternal optimism. A very service-oriented person, she is quick to respond to requests and takes the time to really understand clients’ needs.
Laurie’s excitement and willingness to teach are great assets to our clients and our firm. As a manager at Faw Casson, staff feel very comfortable turning to her for assistance. She is never too busy to stop and help a co-worker or pitch in to brainstorm about the best way to meet a client’s needs.
Laurie graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. She started her career with Faw Casson in 1996 and has not looked back.
