Kim was drawn to accounting because of the challenges and changes that are always occurring. She likes to continuously learn and apply that knowledge in a way that helps our clients. Kim loves to find ways to address the situations clients face in the most advantageous way.
Kim works closely with many of our construction, real estate and manufacturing clients. As our resident expert on the State of Delaware Blue Collar Tax credit, she has assisted several of our clients in receiving credits totaling more than $12 million in tax savings. With her analytical nature, she enjoys turning over every stone to find new ways to help our clients save money.
Keeping up with three children and their schedules, Kim knows all about organization and working as a team. She knows how important is to not only talk the talk, but also lead by example, mentoring the younger staff and pushing them to strive for higher goals.
Words such as “honest” and “trustworthy” are commonly brought up when people talk about Kim. She is known for her truthful nature and assurance that any information that she represents is factual. Our clients are placed at ease with a feeling of security they get once they see Kim in action.

Interests
Kim loves being with her family – whether it’s helping her husband with a woodworking project or just enjoying a movie night together. She believes in giving back to the community and beyond and therefore is an active participant in the Dover Downtown Rotary and their current secretary. She is also involved in the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, working as a member of their marketing committee.
