Alison graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has been the recipient of the BPW Young Careerist Award and the NAWBO Bridge Builder Award. She is also active in many local organizations such as the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, Secretary for the Delaware Society of CPAs, and Treasurer for Tri-Delaware.

A strong work/life balance is very important to Alison. She treasures her time boating, cooking and traveling with her son and family. A natural teacher, you can usually find her in the gym before and after work, guiding others towards a healthier lifestyle through a variety of classes including kickboxing, weight training and step classes, as a certified fitness instructor.
